Beckley Cottage

This beautiful cottage has been lovingly restored in recent years. It is located away from major roads and surrounded by the natural beauty of New Forest National Park.

The clients commissioned the design, creation, delivery and fitting of the handmade roman blinds, double pleated curtains, cushions and lampshades. The armchair, decorative cushions and even dog’s bed pad are all made from the same fabric as the curtains. On this occasion, the client was specific in the choices of fabrics – fabric inspired by Arts and Crafts movement by Morris & Co in the lounge and pure linen flower motif by Designers Guilt for the bedroom. The set of cushions and lampshades was created here to create a cohesive scheme. A small roman blind with added purple beading was delivered for the hallway in Clarke & Clarke embroidered fabric.

Subsequently, I have also reupholstered all the dining chairs.
