The creative nature and passion to great outdoors inspires and transfers into my designs. Providing professional but creative services where art blends in with realistic and practical requirements of modern living. The main focus is to provide clients projects to their preferred style and deliver to the clients budget, requirements, and taste.
Concept
When I undertake a home interior design project, I will arrange a free of
charge initial client meeting to discuss the client’s brief. This is followed by a free, no-obligation quote. On acceptance of the fee, the interior design vision presentation will follow consisting of a concept board to inspire the client and give a feel for the ambience of the transformed space.
Design Development
This includes a survey of the space to be transformed, research of the suitable materials and products that will be used for the interior design, creation of a sample board and presentation of materials, textures, ideas, colours, patterns and products that will be used within the home design. A client consultation and requested variation can take place at this stage. 3D modelling is a wonderful tool that enables visualisation via walk-through of transformed places as an option. Upon client approval, Catherine Brennan Design will provide a schedule of finishes, product specification, cost schedule, plan and elevation drawings where necessary.
Completion
Home interior project management will take away the stress and allow the
renovation experience to be enjoyable and exciting. Our design will be brought to life throughout the construction stage by organising materials and deliveries, sourcing the best local skilled trade professionals, planning and programming works and managing the interior design project from concept to completion.
